IT Support Officer – Summer Intern
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support end user workstations and laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners, phones) and network devices
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolve and troubleshoot computer problems, install software and operating systems
- Handle any IT related issues that the company users may have
- Work on IT projects as directed
Required Skills::
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and have completed at least two years of an undergraduate curriculum
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think critically, excellent reasoning and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment
- Excellent knowledge and command of the English and Greek languages both verbally and writing
